Robert Morris University/Highmark Presidential Actuarial Scholarship

Each year one incoming freshman will be selected for the Highmark Presidential Scholarship, which will cover the full tuition cost at Robert Morris University, renewable for up to four years, provided the recipient remains in good standing. The primary purpose of the scholarship is to broaden the diversity of the actuarial science study body, and preference will be granted on that basis.

Among the criteria for selection are (a) being the first in family to attend college, (b) coming from a single-parent household, and (c) coming from an economically or educationally disadvantaged background. Candidates should have a minimum high-school GPA of at least 3.7, an SAT score of at least 650 on the mathematics section, and at least a 1200 on the math and verbal scores combined.

The application is available online.
